多说两句:
有些上司,爱拿一些刻意制造的考题“考验”下属。
而“精明”的下属也懂其意思,投其所好地表现一番,也就顺利通过了“考验”。
看似皆大欢喜,其实埋下了隐患。
且不说那些考题是否“科学”,但凡能尽数通过那些无聊考验的人,必然是察言观色方面的专家。
你也许没能摸清他的秉性,但他却借机把你这个“命题人”研究得透透的。
层层“考验”下来,脱颖而出的不是工作能力强、志虑忠纯者,而是工于心计、见风使舵之徒。
而且,不到关键的时候,你是看不透他们的,
等到了关键的时候再看透,也就晚了。
所以,还是要把精力放在工作上,考察员工的业务能力,这才是最客观、最有效的识人之道。
搞一些莫名其妙的“厚黑”文化,不光干扰了自己的判断,给功利分子以可乘之机,还会打击实干家,造成“逆向淘汰”。
努力让职场氛围简单些,既是出于公心,也是自我保护。
