Getting started with the tool

Open the IDT and create a new project called UNI_relational_data as follows:

  1. Click on Information Design Tool.
  2. Choose File | New | Project:
  1. Enter UNI_relational_data (or any name) as the project name and choose Finish. The following screenshot shows you the summary of the preceding steps (creating a project in IDT):
 
Use the user credentials and other details based on database used (here I am using a SAP HANA database). This information is available from your system administrator.
